DESCRIPTION: In this class we will dedicate 10-15 minutes to learn and practice one of the most important Pranayamas in Yoga which is “Ujjayi Pranayama” .

This pranayama is also called Victory Pranayama, Ocean Pranayama or Tranquilising Pranayama and it’s the one you should perform all along your Yoga practices.

And then we will go to “Mindful Vinyasa flow” a yoga practice to feel grounded.

In this class, we will move through a series of slow but strong postures that invite you to get in tune with your body and stay present throughout the practice and for you to apply Ujjayi.

I hope this Mindful Vinyasa flow leaves you feeling calm and grounded, ready for the day and evening ahead.
