DESCRIPTION: Moon rituals are an ancient practice that are a perfect invitation to come together, go inward, enjoy the energy of the moon and use it for personal transformation and connection. New moons have been used to set new intentions full moons to let go of what is not further serving you. It is also a magical time for creativity and personal insight. ✨

We will come together in this special 90 minutes class to meditate, breathe, flow really gentle and yin like and journal.

Bring your journal and a pen (if you have), some water and relaxed clothes. 

The classes will be guided by Judy and Stephanie.
