DESCRIPTION: A 2 hours Special for the Spring Equinox: an extra long Yin and Yoga Nidra class.
Let your body be nourished by the profound effects of Yin yoga coupled with yoga Nidra and experience profound rest and restoration. We will together enter a 2 hours journey in which we will first invite gentle and slow movements in the body, transitioning into deep rest. We will conclude the practice by setting intentions and making resolution as the spring equinox invite us to recognise and embody the balance of duality and the power of new beginnings.
