Acroyoga blends the strength of acrobatics, the mindfulness of yoga, and the joy of human connection. If you’ve ever seen it and thought “That looks amazing, but I could never do that” then this workshop is made for you!

Over 2 hours, we’ll:
🌟 Warm up with fun group games
🤸‍♀️ Learn foundational Acroyoga techniques and beginner-friendly poses
🪷 Wind down with soothing Thai massage / lunar acro

No partner or previous experience required- come solo or bring a friend, everyone is welcome!
