For pregnant women. You can attend the regular yoga until you are about 20 weeks; after that it is better to attend the special pregnancy yoga classes.
For breathing exercises and yoga poses are meant to relax, to strengthen your body, to make space for the baby, to prepare for giving birth and to avoid physical complaints.
