DESCRIPTION: Join Nicki Forman for an Aruna Yoga experience to connect to what is, to feel into your body and emotions and to truly become present in the moment.

Using different practices of yoga, breath, meditation and emotional release, we will explore how to use the present moment, just as it is to ground, accept and be fully present in our lives.

No prior yoga experience is needed. The session will be given in English.
