DESCRIPTION: Join Nicki Forman in a 6 month mentorship program designed to guide through the Aruna Process of self enquiry using the language of yoga through the expression of creativity.

This program is both LIVE in person and online with weekly and monthly zoom meetings to support you in the 6 month long process.

The sessions are directly with Nicki Forman as follows:

• 6 live 3 hour sessions
• 6 online sessions once per month
• Zoom weekly classes:
      – 16.15/17.30 hrs: Golden Yoga
      – 18.00/19.15 hrs: Aruna Open
