She moved from South Africa where she was born and raised, to Antwerp, Belgium at a moment where the local practice of yoga was in its infancy. Her life’s path shifted profoundly as Nicole began to explore yoga through intense practice and theoretical study. Nicole was fortunate to learn and practice under various teachers and masters over the course of 2 decades. She is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) of the Yoga Alliance, certified in diverse yogic lineages including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher through Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) as well as a prenatal yoga teacher trained in the Khalsa Way and other prenatal practices. Her areas of training include teaching yoga to children and yoga for emotional release, with a focus on healing.
