DESCRIPTION: Special edition: Holiday Mysore class is a regular Ashtanga Mysore class, but on public holidays we start a little bit later to allow for more relaxed start of the day. Ashtanga Mysore is a traditional way to teach ashtanga yoga method. It is a group class where students are guided individually, in their own pace and abilities but all practicing together in a group setting. Each student is being guided with private instructions given by teacher and assistants in the room, with verbal cueing and/or hands on adjustments.

This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners; beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
You can arrive at the class anytime between 8.00 -8.30AM.
