DESCRIPTION: Ashtanga Mysore class is a traditional way to teach ashtanga yoga method. It is a group class where students are guided individually, in their own pace and abilities but all practicing together in a group setting. Each student is being guided with private instructions given by teacher and assistants in the room, with verbal cueing and/or hands on adjustments.

This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners; beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
