DESCRIPTION: A gentle class that blends opening Yin Yoga with the deep, restorative stillness of Yoga Nidra. We begin with long-held yin poses to release tension and invite spaciousness in the body. The practice ends with a guided nidra journey, allowing you to drop into profound rest, reset your nervous system, and return to yourself with clarity and ease. 

Suitable for all levels. 
This class will be taught in Dutch or English, depending on the participants.
