DESCRIPTION: In this class we use traditional Hatha movement, breathing and meditation techniques to calm down the mind, but also increase flexibility in a safe manner. We nornally will hold the poses for 5-10 breath cycles and move slowly. There will be options for beginners as well as advanced practitioners, so every one and every body is welcomed.
