DESCRIPTION: This class is a vinyasa flow.

A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement and integrates awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. To be present with the mind, body & soul.

A grounding and slightly faster pased practise with a flow that connects one posture into another, with a build up through poses.
No experience with yoga, breathwork, or meditation is required, it is accessible to all levels.

This class will be taught in English or Dutch, depending on the participants.
