Through a meditation at the start we leave the day behind and arrive fully at the mat. Starting at a slow and mindful pace, we flow through a sequence that builds up each round.

For all levels, no experience needed.
This class will be taught in English or Dutch, depending on the participants.

Atelier Zen is located in building De Achtertuin. Upon entering, walk straight ahead and turn right at the end of the hallway.
