Bienvenido a nuestro evento: Durante esta clase de hatha yoga de 60 min, practicamos meditación, pranayama, saludos al sol, algunas posturas clásicas para alargar y mover la columna vertebral y la relajación.  De cansado a revivido. Te sentirás bien todo el día! 

Esta clase está abierta a TODOS los niveles, ya sea que seas un principiante absoluto o has practicado mucho. La clase será en inglés - todos son bienvenidos :)

La clase es a las 11h hasta las 12h.

Por favor:
Ven con tu esterilla o una toalla
Ponte ropa cómoda para estirarte. 
¡Llegue a tiempo para que puedas encontrarnos!

Si llueve la clase se cancela y puedes utilizar el credito dentro de un mes

Welcome to our event: During this 60 min hatha yoga class we will practice a meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, some classic poses to lengthen and move your spine, and relaxation. From tired to revived :) You will feel great for the rest of the day! 

This class is open to ALL levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced yoga. The class will be in English - everyone is welcome :)

The class will be from 11am to 12pm.

Please:
Please bring your own mat or a towel
You can wear anything that is comfortable for you to stretch in. 
Allow enough time to find us :)
No last minute cancellations (24 hours) - uses one of your bono and no refunds
If it rains then we will have to cancel the class and you can use your credit within a month.
