DESCRIPTION: Relax to the vibration and sound of the crystal bowls. Crystal singing bowls affect your physical and mental body intensely because your body is made up of various crystalline and liquid substances - the bones, blood and DNA have crystal in their framework, and likewise your brain is made up of a liquid crystalline structure.
Expect to sleep, if  not explore your mind and body during this amazing session. Please wear all white if you can. Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow whatever you need to be relaxed. You can also use earplugs and still feel the vibration of the session.  Refreshments afterwards.
