DESCRIPTION: Rocket Yoga is a yoga style developed by Larry Shultz. It’s rooted in the Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga method including poses from the primary, 2nd, 3rd and 4th series such as binds and inversions. It is a fast paced yoga flow where, as a participant, you’re encouraged to modify and create you’re own interpretation of the pose making this yoga style very accessible! 

There must be at least 2 students for the class to take place.
