Description
This class is all about relaxation and deep stretching. The importance of breathing and the many techniques. Guided meditation, yoga nidra, body scan, hypno-vasana! Creating ambiance with aromatherapy, sage, candles, sound bath, music etc.
We will be using blocks, straps, wheels (we have 10) yoga tune up balls.
Enjoy a peaceful hour of being present!
Please bring all your own equipment. If you have a yoga wheel bring it.
There must be a minimum of two students for this class to make.
