All level Hatha Yoga class. Slow paced alignment based where we practice asana, pranayama and meditation. Good class to build body strength and flexibility, as well as to relax and release stress at the end of the week.
MUST BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT. There must be at least 2 students for the class to take place.
