Doors open at 07:30. You’re welcome to arrive a little earlier if needed, but please note that if there are 10+ practitioners in the first shift, you may need to wait until someone finishes or find a way to squeeze in.

The main Mysore shift is from 06:30–08:30. This is the heart of the practice, and I strongly encourage everyone to join this shift as it carries the energy and discipline of the method. 

An 08:00 start is available only to those with a yearly membership (€99 per month). This later option is meant to support long-term members navigating life transitions (such as motherhood, menopause, or other significant circumstances). It is not available as a standard alternative to the main Mysore time.
