Practical Self-Defense is a four class series on Monday evenings geared toward developing a strong environmental awareness, increasing sensory perception, practicing realistic defensive maneuvers to common attacks, and learning to generate power through body structure. 
We will gradually push boundaries while being sensitive to trauma. The goal is to create a framework of safe practices that will become instilled in our unconscious behaviors, to help us to navigate this world with more confidence and security.
