DESCRIPTION: Expecting?  Whether you are 4 weeks pregnant, 40 weeks pregnant or somewhere in between, this class will strengthen your body, calm your mind, prepare you for birth and help to relieve those pesky pregnancy symptoms like swelling, insomnia, nausea and fatigue.

Class is held in a private rooftop garden and offers personal attention and adjustments to help you feel great at any trimester.

What to bring?  Yoga mat or towel, bottle of water and comfortable clothing.  (Layers are recommended for personal comfort.)  Class is 50-55 minutes and includes breathwork, stretches, active yoga postures and of course relaxation.
