DESCRIPTION: TBD - this is a new offering on Sundays from 3-4pm.  The style and nature of the yoga (i.e. dynamic or chill/therapeutic) will be determined based upon participant interest.

Please be ready for a timely class start, but understand that the Zoom stream may sometimes be activated up to (but no more than) five minutes after the official class start time though we will always strive for punctuality.

Dress comfortably and have a mat or towel nearby to practice on.
