DESCRIPTION: Feel Good Yoga is a medium intensity and semi-dynamic practice with an element of vinyasa flow. This all levels class offers increased stretch time and a holistic experience to leave you feeling pumped for the work day ahead.  (45 minutes)

Meet Ayo at the Urban Place Auditorium by 8:40am for an 8:45am start or, for those who are not Urban Place members, meet Ayo at the Central Bus Station by 8:30am and she will bring you up to the class location.  

(Access Urban Place by walking into the Central Bus Station lobby, turning left before Aroma to the brown elevator bank and going up to the 4th floor.  If you are late/locked out, you can try calling the UP custodian Elisha at 058-7353123, but do make an effort to arrive early in order to be guaranteed entrance.)

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on.
