DESCRIPTION: This is a wild card class that meets twice a month both in person at Urban Place and by Zoom.  Wild card classes mean "you choose" - we could practice HIIT cardio and strength, yoga, zumba/dance aerobics or whatever you like.

The Urban Place location is a private auditorium on the 4th floor of the Jerusalem Central Bus Station.  Please arrive 10 minutes early, turn left before Aroma to the brown elevator banks, go up to floor 4 and call or Whatsapp me for access.
