DESCRIPTION: All levels Power Yoga is a high intensity and moderately fast-paced vinyasa yoga class with the option to practice advanced postures to push you in your practice. Modifications and more accessible variations are always provided. (45 minutes)

For this joining in person, access Urban Place by walking into the Central Bus Station lobby, turning left before Aroma to the brown elevator bank and going up to the 4th floor. If you are late/locked out, you can try calling the UP custodian Elisha at 058-7353123, but do make an effort to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early in order to be guaranteed entrance.)

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on.
