DESCRIPTION: Energize your morning and start the week right with this all-levels yoga class tailored just for you.

The class meets at Gan Iraqi, a gorgeous community park off of Bezalel and Ussishkin.  Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early so that we can leisurely set up and begin on time.  

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on.  Some people like to place a towel under their mat for an added layer of thickness.
