Our local gem of a yoga instructor, Ayo Oppenheimer, is now teaching *Women's Yoga* at the Beda home in the Shukanyon on Mondays at 11am.  🧘‍♀️

In good weather, we'll practice on the penthouse rooftop with exquisite views.  
In colder weather, we'll be indoors with sweet, sweet ambience.  
In all weather, you will leave feeling wonderful.  ✨

No experience required.  40nis for the first class.  Bring a mat, a water bottle and wear layers for your personal comfort.
