LOCATION:Urban Place Auditorium, Jerusalem Central Bus Station
DESCRIPTION: This is a new women's fitness class.  Style TBD whether cardio/strength, HIIT-Yoga Fusion or other.  Based on student input.  Come and give it a try! (1 hour)

Location: This class meets at a private rooftop garden in the Windows of Jerusalem building (Agripas 40), Floor 3 Apt. 6.  The entrance to the building is via an alley between Agripas and Yafo, and the building code is 1948.

Arrival time is 6:50pm and I take students up in the elevator to the class location by 6:55pm.  :-)

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on.
