DESCRIPTION: Energize your morning and start the week right with this all-levels women's yoga class tailored just for you.

The class meets at the Saidoff High Rise Building on Yafo.  Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early so that we can leisurely set up and begin on time.  Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on.
