Release the day and welcome a blissful evening with sunset yoga.
Join us for an all backgrounds class that incorporates breath work, gentle stretching, meditation, yoga poses and a star-lit relaxation.
Bring your yoga mat (or WhatsApp Ayo at 054-3420996 if you don't yet have one) and a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers are great.
