The class meets at a stunning private garden location in the German Colony (with option for indoor class during inclement weather). Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early so that we can leisurely set up and begin on time.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a mat or towel to practice on. Some people like to place a towel under their mat for an added layer of thickness.

Feel Good Yoga is a medium intensity and semi-dynamic practice with an element of vinyasa flow. This all levels class offers increased stretch time and a holistic experience to leave you feeling great.  (1 Hour)

Please be ready for a timely class start, but understand that the Zoom stream may sometimes be activated up to (but no more than) five minutes after the official class start time though we will always strive for punctuality.

Dress comfortably and have a mat or towel nearby to practice on.
