DESCRIPTION: Immersed in nature on the beautiful yoga deck in the garden of Ayuryoga, we will prepare our bodies and nervous system with a few deliciously slow restorative poses. From this relaxed state, we can surrender to the crystal bowls’ magnificent deep sound waves. These beautiful vibrations can help us find even more tranquillity, clarity and inner peace. Afterwards, we will ground back in our bodies by treating ourselves to some tea and a delicious vegan dessert by Life Bar. Experience with yoga or sound healing is unnecessary; come as you are.
