DESCRIPTION: This fun and gentle class is designed just for children. In 30 minutes, kids will explore simple movements, playful breathing, and quiet moments through games, stories, and imagination.

No experience needed. Kids don’t need to be flexible or sit still. They just need to be themselves. This is a safe space to move, stretch, and learn how to feel calm and happy inside.

Perfect for ages from 8 to 15, this class helps children build confidence, focus, and body awareness in a joyful way.

Parents are welcome to accompany practicing with the kids or just relax nearby.
