DESCRIPTION: Welcome to the Jivamukti Open class! We start with a chant and a little talk about how philosophy connects to our monthly theme (you can check it out at www.jivamukti.com). Then, we dive into a vigorous Vinyasa practice that includes all five groups of poses: standing, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions. Expect to move to the rhythm of Sanskrit mantras, world music, and cool Indian beats. This class is for everyone, no matter your level. You can go at your own pace with the teacher's verbal and hands-on guidance.
