DESCRIPTION: Join our Ashtanga Mysore style sessions if you are an existing yoga practitioner or if you are curious to learn about Ashtanga yoga as it is traditionally taught in Mysore, India.

Beyond the physical benefits, the Ashtanga method will help you to improve your concentration, your breathing, body awareness, self discipline and much more.

After attending regularly few sessions (at least 3 times a week) you will be ready to start a self practice on your own.

- Early morning Mysore practice, where the students practice at their own pace with individual attention from the teacher.

- 1 guided class (every Saturday), where students practice all together following the teacher’s count.

This course is suitable for all levels (Absolutely no previous yoga experience is required) and will be taught by our visiting teacher Natalie Rasmey Devi, an authorized level 2 teacher from the SYC in Mysore India.

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: join between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM (door open at 6:30am, last entry at 7:30 AM)


Pricing:
• Unlimited (7 classes): $75 (including led classes)
Single drop in is allowed only for returning practitioners, new ones need to book a minimum of 3 classes ($24 total)
