Join our Ashtanga Mysore style sessions if you are an existing yoga practitioner or if you are curious to learn about Ashtanga yoga as it is traditionally taught in Mysore, India.
Beyond the physical benefits, the Ashtanga method will help you to improve your concentration, your breathing, body awareness, self discipline and much more.
After attending regularly few sessions (at least 3 times a week) you will be ready to start a self practice on your own.
- 5 days a week morning Mysore practice, where the students practice at their own pace with individual attention from the teacher.
- 1 guided class (every Saturday), where students practice all together following the teacher’s count.
This course is suitable for all levels (Absolutely no previous yoga experience is required) and will be taught by our visiting teacher Natalie Rasmey Devi, an authorized level 2 teacher from the SYC in Mysore India.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (last entry at 8:00 AM)
• Saturday: 6:45 AM – 8:00 AM (led/guided class)
There is no class on Moon days.
Pricing:
• Unlimited month: $165 (include led classes)

He completed a 200h teacher training by Yoga Soul Body Fit that was sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and is acknowledged by the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. Since then he has taught basically at the AZAHR’s studio in Phnom Penh, gyms and NGOs in Vinyasa flow. Each Jivamukti Basic class is part of a four-week fundamentals course that explores a different theme each week:
week one: standing asanas
week two: forward bending asanas
week three: backward bending asanas
week four: inversions, meditation and “putting it all together.”
Whereas in the Beginner Vinyasa and Open class vinyasa is emphasized, in the Basic class alignment is the emphasis. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props. The Basic Class provides the underlying structure to help a student be able to eventually enter into an Open class intelligently and safely. Beginners are encouraged to take all four weeks of the Basic course. Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring the alignment essentials presented in these classes. It is advisable that a student register for the full 4 week program starting with week one, but a student can also drop into any class at any time during the month and can also take as many classes as they want each week. This is a fun and flowing yoga class where we move from one pose to another while focusing on our breathing. It’s sometimes called “flow yoga” because the movements feel smooth and connected—almost like a moving meditation.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have some experience, this class is for you. We offer easier options for beginners and challenges for those who want to go deeper. It’s a great way to build strength, increase flexibility, and feel calm and focused.
Important to Know:
Booking & Payment: Please book and pay before the class. Drop-in only (no memberships).
If You Need to Cancel:
Cancel more than 24 hours before class? You can use your booking for another session.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before class? We count it as used and it’s not refundable.
- If AZAHAR cancels the class, you can move your payment to the next session.
- Minimum Students: We need at least 6 people to run the class. If fewer people sign up, the class will be canceled and your payment will be moved to another class.

Nith was introduced to yoga through the program initiated by the AZAHAR Foundation in 2015. He completed a 200h teacher training by Yoga Soul Body Fit that was sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and is acknowledged by the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. Since then he has taught basically at the AZAHR’s studio in Phnom Penh, gyms and NGOs in Vinyasa flow. Beyond the physical benefits, the Ashtanga method will help you to improve your concentration, your breathing, body awareness, self discipline and much more.
After attending regularly few sessions (at least 3 times a week) you will be ready to start a self practice on your own.
- 5 days a week morning Mysore practice, where the students practice at their own pace with individual attention from the teacher.

Each Jivamukti Basic class is part of a four-week fundamentals course that explores a different theme each week:
week one: standing asanas
week two: forward bending asanas
week three: backward bending asanas
week four: inversions, meditation and “putting it all together.”
Whereas in the Beginner Vinyasa and Open class vinyasa is emphasized, in the Basic class alignment is the emphasis. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props. The Basic Class provides the underlying structure to help a student be able to eventually enter into an Open class intelligently and safely. Beginners are encouraged to take all four weeks of the Basic course. Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring the alignment essentials presented in these classes. It is advisable that a student register for the full 4 week program starting with week one, but a student can also drop into any class at any time during the month and can also take as many classes as they want each week. Em is a 300-hour certified Jivamukti Teacher (class of India 2019) and holds a 200-hour Vinyasa and Fly Fit Yogacertification from Guru Oskar Nery and Alison Hawkins’ Yoga Soul Body Fit. This training was sponsored by AZAHAR and is recognized by the UK Yoga Alliance. She has attended several intensive Yoga retreats offered by Yogeswari & Cat Alip and has also attended AZAHAR’s 2-year Peace Program.
Due to her family’s situation, from the young age of five, she had to work as a rice field girl and later as a garment factory worker in the city. Eventually, she became an activist as the coordinator of a social music band. She is passionate about the exploration of true human potential.

He pursued his journey by joining the 300h JTT which was supported by the Jivamukti Global and Yogeswari in 2021. The Active Series is a modified version of the traditional Ashtanga yoga developed by Sharath Jois and officially launched in late 2024. The idea for this series dates back to few years back, however, after the COVID-19 pandemic, Sharath Jois showed a renewed interest in offering an alternative practice to help individuals integrate a more approachable form of yoga into their lives.
This series simplifies the complexity of traditional Ashtanga sequences and is designed to support mental well-being by reducing stress and improving focus. Sharath Jois emphasized that the heart of the practice is about moving the body, breathing, and staying active—rather than striving for perfection in poses.
