Thyna is a welcoming and loving soul. She naturally loves to teach yoga and share it with the world. Ready to help those who want to be helped by her challenging yet rewarding classes. A trained and well-practiced professional yoga teacher from the AZAHAR Foundation Cambodia. She holds a 200-hour certification called "Yoga Soul Body fit" and a 30 hour Fly Fit yoga certification from the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. In 2022 she completed her Online 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training from Italy & and also in 2024 have completed 300- hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Training in India. Thyna's classes focus on breathing and movement flow from one pose to another, as well as workouts and conditioning to improve one's physical and mental strength and to release stress and tension. She incorporates meditation and relaxation in order to calm one's mind and nurture one's soul. Thyna also chants mantras in Sanskrit with the harmonium (traditional Indian instrument) to engage the spirit in a dance.

New to yoga? The Jivamukti Beginner class is a gentle and thorough introduction to Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa involves moving through a series of poses, or asanas, in a smooth sequence. Raty Khun is a passionate yoga teacher and peacebuilder from Cambodia. She discovered yoga at 13 through Yogeswari, founder of AZAHAR Foundation, and has practiced ever since.

We spend much of our week getting things done. Restorative yoga is designed to give you an opportunity to relax, settle into your own body and shift into “being” mode.This class is suitable for all levels. No experience with yoga is necessary to receive the benefits.
Classes will begin with some active asanas (postures) before settling into the restorative practice of letting go and releasing tension. The asanas are supported by blocks and other props and often held for several minutes at a time. Meditation is also practiced. Expect to leave class feeling nourished and refreshed.

In 2018, he started to learn and understand what is yoga and yoga’s benefit as he had never known it before. Sometimes he thinks that it was wasting his time to focus on a full-time job and a lot of pressure on him during the training. However, there is not like what he thinks, just he needs to take time to understand in deep of the meaning and be patient to keep practice it. Until now if he compares himself before it is so much difference. At the same time, he saw and obtained a lot of benefit from it. Furthermore, based on his experience, he applied the yoga practice to reflect on his daily life and all the situation was happened. Hence, He said “It is really affected to our communication and best solutions to solve any problem in the face. Therefore, there is a good message to apply it, while yoga is not only posture or asana but yoga is what you did/practiced with your awareness, consciousness, calmness, peaceful and you know yourself that you are ready to do it without interrupting anybody around you”.

Nith was introduced to yoga through the program initiated by the AZAHAR Foundation in 2015. He completed a 200h teacher training by Yoga Soul Body Fit that was sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and is acknowledged by the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. Since then he has taught basically at the AZAHR’s studio in Phnom Penh, gyms and NGOs in Vinyasa flow. Through practicing, learning and teaching in the last few years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, he understood the roles of yoga and passionate to make more impact on communities. He pursued his journey by joining the 300h JTT which was supported by the Jivamukti Global and Yogeswari in 2021. This is such huge inspiration and motivation for him and is able to bring the method to more beings. Sreynak Ouk
Sreynak was born in Phnom Penh. She graduated bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2018 from the Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Nowadays, Besides working, she spends my weekend joining a yoga teacher training course at AZAHAR Cambodia in Phnom Penh. And she became a teacher of Yoga in 2019. Moreover, sometimes she have spent her weekend cooking and sharing vegan food with the street people around Phnom Penh city for giving chance to those people with new tastes without meeting for promoting peace. Furthermore, she has joint social work as the project coordinator at Takeo province, which sponsors by AZAHAR Cambodia to provide Yoga, English, and many other fields to push those.

Nith was introduced to yoga through the program initiated by the AZAHAR Foundation in 2015. He completed a 200h teacher training by Yoga Soul Body Fit that was sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and is acknowledged by the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. Since then he has taught basically at the AZAHR’s studio in Phnom Penh, gyms and NGOs in Vinyasa flow. Through practicing, learning and teaching in the last few years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, he understood the roles of yoga and passionate to make more impact on communities. He pursued his journey by joining the 300h JTT which was supported by the Jivamukti Global and Yogeswari in 2021. This is such huge inspiration and motivation for him and is able to bring the method to more beings. Therefore, he intends to share this inspiration and motivation within his community and for a better and peaceful environment. Welcome to the Jivamukti Open class! We start with a chant and a little talk about how philosophy connects to our monthly theme (you can check it out at www.jivamukti.com). Then, we dive into a vigorous Vinyasa practice that includes all five groups of poses: standing, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions. Expect to move to the rhythm of Sanskrit mantras, world music, and cool Indian beats. This class is for everyone, no matter your level. You can go at your own pace with the teacher's verbal and hands-on guidance.

In 2018, he started to learn and understand what is yoga and yoga’s benefit as he had never known it before. Sometimes he thinks that it was wasting his time to focus on a full-time job and a lot of pressure on him during the training. However, there is not like what he thinks, just he needs to take time to understand in deep of the meaning and be patient to keep practice it. Until now if he compares himself before it is so much difference. At the same time, he saw and obtained a lot of benefit from it. Furthermore, based on his experience, he applied the yoga practice to reflect on his daily life and all the situation was happened. Hence, He said “It is really affected to our communication and best solutions to solve any problem in the face. Therefore, there is a good message to apply it, while yoga is not only posture or asana but yoga is what you did/practiced with your awareness, consciousness, calmness, peaceful and you know yourself that you are ready to do it without interrupting anybody around you”.
