DESCRIPTION: Qigong is gentle, standing practice using moving meditation breath and mindfulness to soothe strengthen and encourage a deep inner resilience in body and mind. Can be adapted to seated. 
  The class will be in a special outdoor studio in the beautifully appointed copperdot venue.   so please dress appropriately for the weather ( however if the weather conditions are too extreme we will move indoors to the main studio . )
