Morning Move, Stretch and Go Via Zoom, is a new quick an easy class of movement and yoga to get your week going but the difference is you pay what you want / or it is free as part of your monthly membership it is for people who have a busy week but want to fit some gentle fitness and reconnect with the body and mind before they go about their day.   Maybe even do this with other family members/kids and it is also I want a class that is accessible everyone everywhere, to support us through these tricky times no matter your financial position.

90 minute evening Hatha Yoga class for all levels.

Hatha & Daoist Yoga practice with flow & ease to warmly energise at Sun Up and set you up for the day

A combination of gentle Somatics and Yoga to bring the body to balance. Suitable for all levels aimed at the Beginners mind. An in “the room” practice only, (not available via zoom )

A gentle practice combining meditation practices from all around the globe from movement to stillness beginning with a somatic warmup to awaken and nourish the body and mind.
