Morning Move, Stretch and Go Via Zoom, is a new quick an easy class of movement and yoga to get your week going but the difference is you pay what you want / or it is free as part of your monthly membership it is for people who have a busy week but want to fit some gentle fitness and reconnect with the body and mind before they go about their day.   Maybe even do this with other family members/kids and it is also I want a class that is accessible everyone everywhere, to support us through these tricky times no matter your financial position.
