DESCRIPTION: Enjoy a calming and restorative flowing yoga class with Amy Wauters. Unwind your body and settle your mind for the weekend ahead. This class is designed to melt the stress and tension out of your body and hit the reset button of your mind to help you enjoy your weekend. Augie Barnhart will be providing live music during our session for an added relaxation element. Yummy chocolate and a lovely glass of wine will follow the event.
