DESCRIPTION: Join Carol Bolton in this fun interactive six-week program will teach you everything you need to know about basic yoga postures and breathing exercises so you can start a simple but effective practice in your home and have the confidence to sign up for any class you’d like in the future.

You’ll learn:
*Proper position and alignment for the foundational postures of yoga
(such as: downward dog, plank, cobra, warrior, mountain, and tree pose)
*Breathing practices to relieve tension, move energy through the body, and help you focus on the present moment
*How to deepen your practice with props
*How to increase your mental concentration and sharpen your focus
*The basic anatomy of body and breath
