DESCRIPTION: Slow flow yoga practice allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and lets the student go inward and feel how the postures unfold in his/her body. Slow Vinyasa Yoga is a therapeutic dance of movement with body awareness and intelligent use of yoga form for healing and growth. Poses unfold with patience and detail for more in-depth understanding of how they work in the body. Breathing Techniques, yogic principles, philosophy and principles will be introduced throughout the sessions.

Level 1: Appropriate for all students who have finished our Beginner’s Course in Yoga Movement or have prior yoga experience.
