DESCRIPTION: Join Kundalini Yoga Instructor Karen Simcik and I on Saturday, October 21 for an
✨✨✨✨✨ Abundance Activation ✨✨✨✨✨
We'll open ourselves to the energy of abundance through easeful movement appropriate for any level, gentle breath work, journaling exercises, opportunities for shifts in perception, and a simple limiting belief release ritual, guided by Holly, owner of Queen of Coins Holistic Money Coaching, a Certified Holistic Coach and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. 
Karen, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Peter Hess Sound Practitioner, will further the activation by guiding us through the Prosperity Kriya and the OSHO meditation from the Kundalini tradition.
We'll then integrate and complete the activation by sinking deeply into a sound bath facilitated by Karen.
Dress comfortably, bring a journal, and prepare to be held with solid support and gentle care, as we release all that is not, and receive all that is:
