Join us under the light of the Full Moon for an evening of movement, release, reflection, and manifestation.

The Full Moon represents a time of culmination, illumination, and letting go. It invites us to release what is no longer serving us and create space for what we are ready to call into our lives. This special outdoor gathering will begin with a more energizing yoga flow designed to move stagnant energy, awaken the body, and clear away emotional and energetic clutter.

Following our practice, settle into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation led by Kristie, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls and healing instruments to support integration, relaxation, and inner clarity.

We will conclude the evening with a sacred intention-burning ceremony, releasing old stories, limiting beliefs, and patterns that no longer align with our highest path while amplifying our manifestations for the lunar cycle ahead.
