Join us at the Dance for a Cure THON event on Saturday, January 27th at 5pm as we move to the rhythm and raise awareness for pediatric cancer.

I will be leading a mindful movement yoga session set to hip-hop music at 5:45pm! 🧘‍♀️🎶 We're going to connect with ourselves and each other through the powerful vibrations of music. It's going to be an energizing experience!
