Join us at Imprint Athletics for a beginners level Hatha yoga flow.

We will focus on fundamentals which include centering, pranayamas (breath work), warm ups, variations of sun salutations, standing postures, balancing, backbends, forward bends, twists, gentle inversions, and savasana. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers brave space for everyone to enjoy their own practice.
