Melinda leads the Barre-less Barre series at Bear River Spa & Yoga. Her classes blend dance-inspired strength, balance, and core work into an empowering full-body experience. With a welcoming approach and modifications throughout, her sessions are ideal for all levels.
Description
Build strength, stability, and connection in this unique 45-minute class — no barre (or dance experience) required. You’ll move through gentle, dance-inspired exercises, core strength work, and balance-focused sequences, all set to music in a supportive and welcoming space.
Expect flowing movement, graceful strength, and that feel-good burn.
What to Bring: A thick mat for floor work and an open mind to move with intention.
Who Can Join: All levels welcome.
