Through gentle, functional movements (and some asana-type shapes) we balance the prana vayus and prepare for relaxation. This practice peaks with breath training (smooth, deep, balanced, gapless, quiet breathing) in makarasana (or Savasana!) before moving on to Pranayama, Aharana and Sami Karana Kriya Meditation.
